At RedTape, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your RedTape account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return ID.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at a designated service point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team verifies the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
